Dylan Haugen
Professional Dunker, Content Creator, and Entrepreneur
Why?
To create jobs for young adults in digital marketing.
Dylan founded the Minnesota Dunk Squad in 2023 after attending Dunk Camp in Utah, where he connected with elite dunkers like Jordan Kilganon, Isaiah Rivera, and Jordan Southerland. The squad runs weekly training sessions, organizes dunk shows and contests, and works to grow the culture of dunking in the Midwest.
As host of the Dunk Talk podcast, Dylan interviews the world’s top dunkers, sharing training insights and the stories behind athletes who are pushing the sport forward. He has produced over 70 episodes featuring athletes like Travis Reynolds, Tom Barnes, Josh Ruble, and Adam Lee.
Dylan co-founded Local Service Spotlight with Dennis Yu, helping contractors and local business owners build credibility through personal branding, content repurposing, and Google-ready authority. Through High Rise Influence and the AI Apprenticeship program, he mentors young adults in applying proven digital marketing systems to grow real businesses.
Dylan has spoken at DigiMarCon Las Vegas 2025, the JVA Align Summit, and other events alongside Dennis Yu and Jack Wendt. He holds BlitzMetrics certifications in Standards of Excellence, Content Marketing, and Course Builder.

What They Are Saying
Positive Mentions

Dylan is one of the most coachable young people I've ever worked with. At 17, he was already building systems for content repurposing, managing client relationships, and teaching other young adults how to do the same. He doesn't just consume knowledge — he applies it immediately and teaches others. That's the mark of a true leader.

Dylan brings an incredible work ethic and creative energy to everything we build together at High Rise Influence. Whether it's organizing dunk sessions, filming content, or strategizing on client campaigns, he's always thinking about how to make things better for the whole team. He's not just a business partner — he's someone who genuinely cares about helping others grow.

High Rise Influence

Dylan is the heart of the Minnesota dunk community. He's the guy who organizes the sessions, makes sure everyone has a chance to shine on camera, and then turns that footage into content that grows the sport. His dedication to dunking and to the people in the scene is unmatched. If you're a dunker in the Midwest, you probably know Dylan — and he's probably helped you get noticed.
