I’m Dylan Haugen, a professional dunker, content creator, and entrepreneur from Minnesota. I’ve won five dunk contests across the country and founded the Minnesota Dunk Squad, where I coach and manage event opportunities for local athletes. My goal is to help professional dunking grow into a recognized and respected sport.

With over 100 million views across social media, I share my journey as a dunker—documenting progress, challenges, and lessons to inspire others to chase their own goals. As host of the Dunk Talk podcast, I’ve interviewed many of the world’s top dunkers to spotlight their stories and grow the culture of the sport.

I also co-founded Local Service Spotlight with Dennis Yu and Sam McLeod, helping local service business owners build credibility through personal branding. Through High-Rise Influence’s High Rise Academy, I coach young adults to apply marketing and AI tools that create real results for their families’ businesses.
