Shaquille O’Neal and TNT Sports are launching DUNKMAN, the world’s first professional dunk league. Shaq picked 24 dunkers for the inaugural season. I’m one of them, and the youngest pro dunker in the world.

I’m Dylan Haugen, a professional dunker, content creator, and entrepreneur from Spring Lake Park, Minnesota. I’ve won six dunk contests across the country and founded the Minnesota Dunk Squad, where I coach and manage event opportunities for local athletes.
My goal is to help professional dunking grow into a recognized and respected sport. With over 100 million views across social media, I share my journey as a dunker, documenting progress, challenges, and lessons to inspire others to chase their own goals.
As host of the Dunk Talk podcast, I’ve interviewed many of the world’s top dunkers to spotlight their stories and grow the culture of the sport. I also co-founded Local Service Spotlight with Dennis Yu, helping local service business owners build credibility through personal branding.
