Through High Rise Influence, we’ve built High Rise Academy’s AI Apprenticeship Program—a path designed for people like us who want to do meaningful work, learn modern skills, and earn money doing it.
This program helps you deliver real results for a local service business—often your parents’ or a friend’s—so you can start earning income and building a career path rooted in practical skills. I share my experience because I was exactly where you might be now. At 17, I was hearing the same things most of us hear: “You need to get a job.” My options looked like retail or fast food—jobs that would pay the bills but not really help me grow.
At the same time, I was spending hours training, filming dunk sessions, and editing videos for my social media. I wanted to find something that fit around my life, not the other way around. Then, in January, I met Dennis Yu. He showed me what they were doing with BlitzMetrics and the AI Apprenticeship—real client work, real systems, and real income while learning. Since joining, I’ve learned skills that go far beyond social media or marketing—they apply to business, communication, and leadership. I’ve been able to do meaningful work for clients, get paid, and grow faster than I ever thought possible.
What You’ll Actually Do
This isn’t theory or coursework. You’ll take a business’s raw ingredients—short videos, FAQs, behind-the-scenes clips—and turn them into social media posts, website content, and ads that make the phone ring. You’ll report weekly in MAA format (Metrics, Analysis, Action) so you’re learning from real data and planning your next steps like a professional.
Each Thursday at 2:00 p.m. Pacific, we hold live office hours with me, Dennis, Jack Wendt, and other apprentices. We review what’s working, fix what isn’t, and plan next moves together. You’re not just thrown in—you’re guided every step of the way by people who’ve done it.
Why It Matters
You’ll manage responsibilities that actually mean something—social accounts, ad campaigns, and website updates—that make you more employable than most college graduates. You’ll develop soft skills like communication, project management, and client service that carry into any field or relationship.
And you’ll do it all while growing your personal brand and learning to use AI tools the way real businesses use them. The truth is, local companies need help using these tools effectively. They don’t have time to learn new systems—that’s where we come in. We take what they already have and turn it into digital assets that generate leads and strengthen their brand.
